Something Went Wrong We Couldnt Start Your Program Please Try Starting It Again

Hi,

Every bit per the description you are getting an error 'Something went wrong' while opening the Part applications.

I need more than information to assist y'all with regards to this result:

Did yous install Office 2013 or Office 365 Dwelling Premium/University subscription?

Try the steps from the link below and check if it helps fix the effect: Why can't I start my Office 2013 application?':

If the above step does not work, then perform an Online repair of the Office plan:

If the repair process fails to ready the issues, then run the fix it  tool mentioned in the commodity below to remove Role from the computer:

Once the traces are removed, restart the computer and reinstall the Office program.

Visit www.office.com/myaccount , and and so sign in with the Microsoft business relationship that yous used during the buy of the Office suite. Once signed in, click Install Function and follow the onscreen instructions.

i tried to open a discussion document from my skydrive files & got the aforementioned message as the person above, i tried to repair merely was not able to every bit this process was available to me on Programmes & Features.

Could yous please tell me what i will need to do, as i dont have the document on my laptop only in Skydrive.

Hi Sharon,

I need more than details to farther help yous with the outcome:

1. Are y'all opening the documents within One Drive or using the Word 2013 installed on the figurer?
2. Is Function 2013 or Office 365 Abode Premium/ University installed on the figurer?
3. Are you lot able to save the documents to laptop and then open up it?

Verify if yous are able to open Excel files from I Drive ( Formerly known as Skydrive).

Post the required details so that we can assist you lot meliorate.

1. Yes i was opening up in 1 Drive.

2. I take Part 2013 installed on my laptop.

iii. I hadn't tried to salvage to documents prior to opening, only will give it a try.

aforementioned thing happened to me just now!

none of the applications open and they all say the same affair -  something went wrong

!

outlook....one note....nothing volition open

if I uninstall and then reinstall will I lose everything in my outlook email ??

This has too happened to me yesterday and I cannot open any function programs. I too take an Envy laptop and everything has been working fine, but now nix.

Hi,

If yous Remove and reinstall the Role suite you will not lose any of the Office files or Outlook data.

If you lot have configured the account in Outlook as POP3 type then the Emails, Contacts and Agenda data will exist saved in the Outlook data file (PST) which will be stored on the hard bulldoze.

With Popular account configured and 'exit copy of messages on the server' selected the emails will also be saved on the email server.

Incase if 'leave copy of messages on the server' was not selected then all the emails will be downloaded to the Outlook data file (PST).

However if you had configured IMAP/MAPI (mirror image of the emails on the server), then you lot only have to configure the email account in Outlook and you will be able to access to mail folders on the mail server.
